Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Poling Operative – Drivers to join our North Wales Team.
As a Poling Operative, you will be responsible for Installation and removal of poles, including dressing new poles covering the North Wales region
This is an entry level Position and all training will be provided. Training is paid at a rate between £90 – £105 per day. This will be discussed in further detail on a telephone interview. Our Course will start on 23d February 2026.
Essential Requirements:
- HGV Class 2 Licence
- Valid CPC and understanding of Tachograph driving laws
- Strong work ethic and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and achievement-oriented
- Basic computer literacy
