About the Role

Provide friendly and professional support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. No prior experience is required full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in Polish with inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide clear and accurate solutions based on customer needs
Ensure high-quality customer experience
Follow internal procedures and support continuous service improvement

Requirements

• Native or C2 Polish (spoken & written)
• B2 English for internal communication
• No previous experience needed
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• EU passport or Greek work authorization
• Willing to relocate to Greece or already based in Greece
