In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support for their mobile banking inquiries and needs. Your proficiency in the Polish language will enable you to deliver tailored assistance and ensure a satisfying experience for our clients.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will assist clients in navigating our mobile banking services, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may face.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about mobile banking services and features
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve more complex client issues
• Provide clients with detailed information on account management and banking transactions
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance client satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about mobile banking services and updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
