Position Summary:
The Stocker/Polisher is responsible for polishing silverware and stocking glassware, utensils and other supplies and restaurant equipment. This role helps to maintain the appearance of the dining room ensuring a neat and professional place for customers to dine. They are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Gibsons Restaurant Group’s philosophy, which is based upon four distinct core beliefs: Hospitality, Quality, Family and Value.
