JanSoch Consultancy Private Limited is inviting applications from dynamic and skilled professionals to join our team in Tamil Nadu.
We are currently hiring Field Coordinators to work with us in South Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end management of Assembly-level projects within an assigned constituency.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, party workers, community groups, and internal teams.
- Manage on-ground campaign activities including data collection, voter outreach, event planning, and daily field operations.
- Support digital campaign execution, including social media monitoring and constituency-level online engagement.
- Work closely with field teams, booth teams, and research teams.
- Prepare reports, constituency insights, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure timely project execution, troubleshoot field challenges, and maintain consistent communication with the team.
