Job Title: Philanthropy Executive – Global Donors

Reporting to: CEO

Role Purpose

The Philanthropy Executive will support and drive global philanthropic donor acquisition and stewardship, working closely with the CEO to grow Pollinate Group's funding from individual donors, family foundations, and global philanthropic institutions worldwide.

This is a high-exposure execution role designed for a hands-on fundraiser who is ready to learn, deliver, and grow in international philanthropy.
