Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with DENR environmental laws and regulations (RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 9003, and related issuances).
  • Prepare and submit required environmental reports such as Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR) and Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR).
  • Monitor and inspect company facilities, service centers, and operations for environmental compliance.
  • Oversee proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes (used oil, solvents, batteries, etc.).
  • Ensure validity and renewal of environmental permits and registrations.
  • Coordinate with DENR-EMB, LGUs, and other regulatory agencies regarding compliance requirements.
  • Conduct environmental awareness training for employees.
  • Recommend improvements for pollution prevention and environmental management.
  • Maintain records of environmental data, reports, and compliance documents.
