Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Polymer Engineer. The role involves conducting research and development in polymer science, designing and testing advanced polymer components, and developing processes for polymer extrusion. The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet performance specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Polymer Engineering and in-depth knowledge of Polymer Science
• Experience with Polymers and advanced polymer materials
• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) processes for polymer-based products
• Hands-on experience with polymer Extrusion techniques and related manufacturing methods
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or materials industry is a plus
