We are seeking a Polymer Lab Technician that will support the development, testing, and production of polymer‑based materials through hands‑on laboratory work and collaboration with multiple departments. Key responsibilities include preparing and testing polymer formulations, operating laboratory and processing equipment, and documenting and interpreting test results. The position also contributes to production‑scale trials, evaluates raw and competitive materials, and helps maintain reliable test methods and laboratory equipment. Cross‑functional teamwork is essential, as the role assists manufacturing, quality, and other internal teams with troubleshooting, customer concerns, and new product launches. Additional responsibilities include ensuring products meet specifications, maintaining accurate records, producing status reports, and performing general lab upkeep and other assigned tasks.
