Allianz Apprenticeship Programme 2026 Intake

Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme. The objective of this programme is to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company, while also fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Highlights of the programme:

• 12-month programme with the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role at Allianz upon successful completion of the programme
• Rotations, a minimum of 2 rotations to sub-functions within the Business function
• 3-day orientation with eLearning and two (a week each) job shadowing in different Business Functions of your choice during the programme
• Mentor/Mentee Programme
• Group Project ESG solution to Allianz's sustainability problem statement
