Polyurethane Casting Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Polyurethane Casting Operator to join our

manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with polyurethane

casting processes and in-depth knowledge of TDI and MDI polyurethane systems.

This role involves working in a production environment to m ix, pour, and cure polyurethane

products according to precise specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare molds and casting equipment for polyurethane pouring.

• Accurately mix polyurethane components, including TDI and MDI-based systems.

• Demold, trim, and inspect finished parts for defects.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in polyurethane casting.
