Pratt Guys is actively seeking a pool builder to join our pool team, working directly with our pool superintendent.


Reports directly to: Pool Superintendent 


Department: Pool Team


Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm (can vary), occasional Saturdays / Full Time


Duties:


  • Performing various stages of the pool building process:
    • Layout & form
    • Dig & steel
    • Controlling water
    • Plumbing in shell
    • Other pool related duties
  • Possible operation of heavy machinery (forklift, front end loader, skid steer etc.)
  • Duties can evolve depending on employee's skill sets and responsibilities of the role, which can fluctuate in response to daily client/business demands
