Following the departure of the incumbent, the Municipality of Moudon is announcing the position of: Clerk in the office of (100%) Main tasks: Ensure the management of the office in compliance with current legal provisions Update records related to the office and the electoral roll, including arrivals, departures, residence permits, identity cards, and various documents Issue official documents and write correspondence with rigor and precision Ensure high-quality reception, both at the counter and over the phone, by effectively responding to requests from the public Organize, plan, and supervise the work of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service operation Monitor and analyze the activities of the service, while proposing continuous improvement solutions Develop various basic qualifications (CFC) for commercial employees or deemed equivalent, complemented by solid experience in the office domain and its legal framework Holder of the federal diploma of specialist in public office...
