Ports Killingholme are recruiting for Port Operative(s), to meet the demands of a busy and expanding Ro-Ro shipping terminal. Reporting to the Yard Operations Supervisors, the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have a flexible and pro-active approach to work.

With the main duty of the role being to drive / operate heavy plant and machinery, to load and unload third- party transport, it is important that you have knowledge of Port Operations along with experience of driving large vehicles and operating heavy plant and machinery. Being trained to operate Reachstackers would be advantageous though training will be provided. Experience in operating Tugmasters, Translifters, Fork Lifts, and Shovels will also be advantageous. You will also be required to undertake other duties, including pinning.
