Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination of Customer’s Procurement and Compliance Portals and RFx activity within the post-sale process supporting Renewals, Professional Services, and other Customer Success functions. This includes close collaboration with the RPF Program Manager and other functional content contributors using the company’s RFX management software and through direct engagement.


  • Be the Customer Success champion and primary point of contact for Tungsten Automation Corporation’s cross-functional approach to Customer Portals (Ordering, Compliance, etc.) and RFx responses to support post-sale engagement including Renewals and Professional Services and drive timely, higher quality responses for our post-sale customers to ensure transactional success and retention
