W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Porter. Our Porter takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

  • Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Experience with Opera property management system
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
  • Energised in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
