Porter

Position Summary:

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the guest and employee restrooms as well as general cleanliness of the front of the house and back of the house areas. Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Gibsons Restaurant Group’s philosophy, which is based upon four distinct core beliefs: Hospitality, Quality, Value and Family.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep guest and employee restrooms looking clean and professional, ensuring that toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other necessary items are kept stocked.
• Responds to requests from Manager and Chefs quickly.
• Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe environment for our guests and fellow employees.
• Maintain the dining room and patio floors clean and clear from debris and spills.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
