Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Portfolio Accounting & Recordkeeping Director to support and evolve a best‑in‑class Portfolio Accounting function.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish the official Aladdin Portfolio Asset Value on a monthly basis, performing all QC checks to finalize and close the books in accordance with client and reporting SLAs.
- Manage daily portfolio accounting and recordkeeping processes to ensure all transactions (trades, income, accruals, corporate actions) and positions are processed timely, completely and accurately.
- Support standardisation and documentation of operational procedures across portfolios and asset classes.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely start‑of‑day positions to support the investment process, including cash and projected cash.
- Act as an escalation point for team analysts, researching and resolving exceptions cross‑functionally to the accounting books of record within established SLAs.
