**12-month assignment**
Ensure profitable NSV, Market share, and penetration growth of the Gum & Mints Cell for DACH markets through development and implementation of the Cell strategies in accordance with global, regional strategies, and local OGSM through One Demand approach and influencing key global, regional, and local stakeholders.
**What are we looking for?**
+ 5+ years of experience in strategy/marketing function in FMCG
+ Experience of brand management, including strategy development and implementation, development and implementation of activities plan, including Media and instore, innovation activities.
+ Successful cross-functional project management
+ Successful experience in developing integrated campaigns with several agencies and functions
+ Experience in Customer marketing is not obligatory but a significant addition
+ Excellent oral and written German and English
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
Develop and deploy 3Y Cell strategy and KPIs
+ Localize and implement global and regional Cell and Brand strategies and activities for DACH cluster based on markets insights and Flywheel anaylsis
+ Drive close collaboration with cross functional team (One demand, supply chain, CMI, finance) and global & regional team to accelerate strategic portfolio growth
+ Deliver annual communication brands brief
+ Lead 3Y IVCP plan, make sure plan is aligned with region and cross-functionally, and incorporated into S&OP+ cycle
Identifies growth opportunities
+ Track Cell performance vs, KPIs, conduct route-cause analysis, identify Risks&Opportunities, review Cell strategy and develop risk mitigation plan if needed
+ Conduct regular field visits to understand opportunities and limitations, implications, and integration of conclusions into activities plans.
+ Build and develop Cell expertise within the organization.
Connect Cell strategy with key business processes
+ Effectively build alignment among high-collaboration cross-functional stakeholders (SDL, Supply, S&F, R&D, and etc.), motivate project team and manage external agencies to maximize performance and drive growth
+ Drive key initiatives through S&OP+ cycle for alignment and decision making
+ Ensure delivery of key market activities to 100% ER
+ Lead cross-functional Cell team to identify 6-18 months plan risks and opportunities, and develop action plan if needed
+ Represent DACH on respective regional and global respective forums
Design Cell winning portfolio and activities calendar
+ Lead Cell portfolio development: design and deploy innovation pipeline through partnering closely with global brand team and local Cell team
+ Lead product launches within aligned innovation projects
+ Recommend optimal Cell product portfolio, including optimization initiatives
