Title: PMS Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Education: MBA/PGDM in Finance; CFA or CA preferred

Experience: 5–7 years in PMS management

About the Role: We are a newly launched wealth and asset management firm focused on delivering investment solutions for the affluent segment in India. The firm offers sophisticated strategies across PMS, Fund of Funds, and InvITs, backed by strong industry expertise and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and manage PMS schemes, including InvIT and Fund of Funds-focused portfolios
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and rebalancing
• Implement and monitor investment strategies aligned with client objectives
• Ensure smooth execution of PMS schemes with adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for reporting, documentation, and governance
• Provide insights and articulate complex investment strategies to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirement:

• Certifications:
• NISM Series-V-A (Mutual Funds)
• NISM Series-XXI-A (Portfolio Management Services) – highly desirable
• Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, analytical mindset, and ability to communicate complex strategies effectively
