WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage day-to-day utility billing operations, including billing and Client management.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed billing metrics for senior leadership review and process suggestions.
  • Supervise and develop the staff - hiring, development, coaching and performance reviews.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries and billing disputes professionally within and across teams if necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for seamless operations.
  • Lead internal audits and drive compliance.
  • Spearhead special projects such as system upgrades, transitions, or audit preparations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 8-12 years of experience as lead or manager in Banking, IT, Financial or similar industry.
