WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage day-to-day utility billing operations, including billing and Client management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed billing metrics for senior leadership review and process suggestions.
- Supervise and develop the staff - hiring, development, coaching and performance reviews.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and billing disputes professionally within and across teams if necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for seamless operations.
- Lead internal audits and drive compliance.
- Spearhead special projects such as system upgrades, transitions, or audit preparations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8-12 years of experience as lead or manager in Banking, IT, Financial or similar industry.
