About This Role

This role is focused on managing the performance of a premium property portfolio across Spain, with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with property owners.

  • Financial Management: Optimize Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to ensure profitability and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Owner Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular performance reports and fostering trust and partnerships.
  • Pricing & Occupancy Strategy: Collaborate closely with Revenue Managers to define business plans, establish revenue management strategies, and optimize occupancy levels to maximize portfolio profitability.
