Job Mandate:
Pro-actively manage the day-to-day activity and delivery of the IT Project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered within the committed scope, schedule, budget, quality and compliance to project management standards.Help improve the success rate and performance of IT Project Managers in executing and managing their projects using the Project Management and SDLC framework and tools.Work with IT Governance and the IT Project Managers in addressing/closing the gaps on compliance to project management and SDLC standards.Actively support the implementation of an effective Project Management framework.Maximize the use of Project Management tools to capture demand management, manage scope, schedule, budget and quality, flag issues, risks and dependencies and critical action items.Actively support the continuous process improvement initiatives of the project management process/framework to...
