Job Description – Portfolio Manager

Vertical: Mortgage (HL & LAP)

Role: Portfolio Manager

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Hosur

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintenance and deepening of the existing mortgage portfolio. The role focuses on relationship management, portfolio quality, cross-selling, and timely resolution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service existing Home Loan and LAP customers

• Maintain asset quality and monitor portfolio performance

• Deepen relationships by understanding customer business and financial needs

• Generate fee-based income through cross-selling of bank products

• Acquire new clients through referrals from existing customers

• Prepare and follow account plans for assigned relationships

• Maintain strict call and visit discipline

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

• Identify and report Early Warning Signals to the supervisor for risk control
