As we continue to grow our portfolio of 1100+ units, we are looking for individuals who can see the big picture of our clients’ goals, how they relate to the management plan for each property, and implement those initiatives into daily decision making.

The Portfolio Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of properties located in the greater Seattle metro area.

PMs work with a variety of building types, locations, vendors, residents, and property owners.
