What We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing Octopus Energy’s electricity and gas portfolio, executing hedging strategies in financial markets and ensuring strict compliance with our risk policy.

What You’ll Do

• Execute and monitor hedging strategies in organized markets (OMIP, EEX, MIBGAS) and OTC markets.
• Propose and adjust hedging strategies in line with the company’s risk policy and portfolio needs.
• Analyze market fundamentals to support hedging and pricing decisions.
• Calculate and monitor portfolio risk and performance metrics, including MtM, P&L, and VaR.
