**Job Title – Portfolio Mgmt Analyst**



**About the Role:**



The candidate will join PS Team, based in Hyderabad and will be responsible for multiple reporting and analytical activities within Advisory business. Candidate would support CBRE stakeholders based in UK, working closely with Finance Business Partners (FBP).



**What You’ll Do:**



+ Month-End Close Activities



Track material movements from flash reports in collaboration with Finance Business Partners (FBPs).



Review postings, identify discrepancies, and flag issues promptly.



Analyze and identify key client and P&L variances in financial reports.



+ Revenue Management



Maintain and update the monthly revenue tracker.



Prepare and post revenue accrual journals with supporting documentation.



Perform revenue reconciliations and process IDA revenue transfers.



Prepare revenue accrual and coordinate with other teams for revenue releases.



+ Cost & Accrual Management



Prepare cost accrual journals based on forecast data.



Review journals during the month-end process and maintain complete backups for all accruals.



+ Financial Analysis & Reporting



Prepare monthly management reports and revenue pipeline reports.



Conduct variance analysis, review with leads, and provide actionable recommendations.



Develop and maintain client account P&L reporting packs.



+ Budgeting & Forecasting



Participate in business reviews with FBPs.



Support budgeting and forecasting processes with relevant data and insights.



+ Operational & Strategic Support



Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation.



Work on cost optimization models and assist in implementation.



Maintain bonus retention reports to monitor bad debts and old accruals.



Perform headcount reconciliation and update labour allocations.



+ Ad-hoc Analysis & Development



Create ad-hoc reports, financial models, and templates.



Support audit queries.



**What You'll Need:**



+ Professional qualification in finance & accounting (or Semi-qualified)

+ At least 2 years of relevant financial experience in (Particularly focused in FP&A)

+ Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and cooperation attitude

+ Fluency in English in speaking and writing is a must

+ High degree of accuracy and attention to details

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationship across various stakeholders

+ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

+ Ability to process large amounts of data • ERP (PeopleSoft) experience preferred
