We are seeking a dynamic Portfolio & Planning Project Manager to join our EAME Marketing & Product Strategy team.

In this key regional role, you’ll lead the consolidation and harmonization of market plans into a unified 5-Year Plan (5YP) and Customer Segment Strategy (CSS) framework — ensuring data accuracy, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across the region.

You’ll play a central part in connecting local market insights with regional and global strategies, championing portfolio optimization, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis to support sound decision-making and sustainable growth.

Role to be based in Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, Netherlands or Poland.

Integrate country-level 5YP, WP, and CSS plans into a single EAME-wide strategy aligned with global systems.

Review and challenge market assumptions to ensure robust planning and data integrity.

Conduct regular portfolio assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with VOP+ standards.

Maintain high-quality, accurate data across markets to support portfolio reviews and strategic recommendations.

Lead the collection and consolidation of market and competitive data to identify regional trends and performance gaps.

Provide actionable insights to guide business decisions and enhance market responsiveness.

Manage relationships with key industry partners and support global teams in negotiations.

Oversee annual agreement implementation to ensure successful execution.

Act as PMO or key contributor in EAME strategic projects, driving alignment and execution excellence.

Foster collaboration across regional teams to streamline processes and promote innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus).
• Solid experience within the crop protection, agrochemical, or chemical industry.
• Proven background in strategic planning, portfolio management, and data analysis.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• Timely and accurate consolidation of regional plans.
• ≥90% product conformance with VOP+ standards.
• Improved cross-country alignment and strategic clarity.
