What you’ll be doing

1.Implements customer value propositions across specific customer and business segments.
2. Supports the execution and development of the proposition function's strategy and roadmap for BT Group's core value proposition, products, and services.
3. Contributes towards sales enablement, the development of marketing materials, services work packages and product refinement.
4. Executes end-to-end proposition design strategies and development across commercial priorities and experiences.
5. Implements activities that drive competitive differentiation and unique value proposition of BT Group effectively shaping a strong and impactful products and services narrative.
6. Monitors research and market intelligence activities across a range of information channels ensuring BT Group's leading market position is upheld.
