This is a full-time, remote position supporting one of our global partner projects across various industries. You would be working within a large international platform that collaborates with major brands to provide high-quality services and solutions.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Advisor for the Portuguese market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inbound calls, chat, and back-office channels
  • Fluency in Portuguese (native/C1) and a good level of English
  • Experience in international environments is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused

Work Model

  • On-site or Remote positions available
  • Remote roles require candidates to be based in Greece*
