Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Grocery Delivery Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Grocery Delivery Services Department for one of our clients. In this Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to grocery orders, deliveries, and service-related issues.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate information regarding their grocery deliveries, order changes, and any concerns they may have. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within our grocery delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding grocery delivery services
• Assist customers with inquiries about order status, delivery schedules, and product availability
• Resolve issues related to orders and customer complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient delivery operations
• Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our services
• Stay informed about promotions, new products, and trends within grocery delivery

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in grocery or delivery services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for helping customers and facilitating their grocery shopping experience
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
