Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Mobile Banking Services Department for one of our clients! In this critical role, you will assist our Portuguese-speaking clients with their mobile banking inquiries, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and guidance as they navigate our banking services.

You will be responsible for addressing client concerns, providing detailed information about our services, and facilitating a seamless banking experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to mobile banking features, transactions, and accounts
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the customer support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex banking issues
  • Provide informative guidance on mobile banking best practices
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on banking services and compliance

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with mobile banking applications and customer support software
