Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) Specialist Practitioner to join a values-driven organisation supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

This role covers the South of Scotland and requires regular travel; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.


The successful candidate will support the strategic implementation of Positive Behaviour Support across services, promoting a proactive, person-centred approach to reduce behaviours of concern and improve quality of life.


Key Responsibilities of a Service Manager:

  • Support the strategic implementation of a Positive Behaviour Culture.

  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop PBS plans.

  • Support staff teams to reduce restrictive practices and improve support strategies.
