POSM Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development, adaptation, coordination and execution, including sampling, mock‑ups, approvals, and ensure production, delivery, and installation is within agreed timelines of all nationwide and account specific promotional activities which include Point of Sales Materials (POSMs: gondola end, block, standee, hangsell, etc), gift with purchase (GWP), shelf material, leaflets, etc.
• Retail execution and strengthens relationship with relevant stakeholders to improve POSM (Point of Sales Material) implementation in retailers.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders on costing, samples/mock ups, quality, quantity, lead times, and production schedules.
• Work closely with sales teams, merchandisers, and distributors to ensure correct deployment, availability, and compliance.
