Job Description:

The Department of Management in the Warrington College of Business (WCB) at the University of Florida is seeking a post-doctoral fellow for appointment in August 6 to work on original research with Dr. Amir Erez and other faculty in the Department of Management on topics of Incivility and other dysfunctional work behaviors, emotions, cognitive and meta-cognitive processes in organization. The candidate will have opportunities to collaborate on research projects with faculty and doctoral students in the WCB while continuing to develop their own research projects under the departments’ guidance and mentorship. The selected candidate will be appointed for a two-year period and will teach three to four courses per year (graduate and undergraduate, covering courses such as organizational behavior and human resource management).
