Job Description: Certified Freelance Trainer – PostgreSQL

Job Summary

We are looking for a Certified PostgreSQL Freelance Trainer to deliver high-quality corporate training for a Mastercard project. The trainer will be responsible for conducting structured sessions with strong hands-on labs and real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end PostgreSQL training sessions (theory + hands-on)

  • Explain PostgreSQL architecture, administration, and performance tuning

  • Conduct practical labs, demos, and use-case-based learning

  • Address participant queries and provide post-session guidance

  • Share training materials, exercises, and assessments as required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL

  • PostgreSQL Certification (preferred)

  • Experience in delivering corporate / enterprise training

  • Knowledge of backup & recovery, indexing, query optimization, replication

  • Exposure to BFSI / enterprise environments is an added advantage

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Trainer Profile Requirements

  • Ability to handle online sessions professionally

  • Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills

  • Flexible availability as per project schedule
