The Role:

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the entire post-production process which include editing, sound design, color correction, and final delivery.
  • Manage a team of editors, motion graphic designers, and freelancers; ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Review and refine all edits, ensuring high creative and technical quality.
  • Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and producers to maintain creative intent throughout the post.
  • Build and maintain efficient workflows for editing, asset management, and project backups.
  • Implement client feedback effectively while upholding creative standards.
  • Coordinate with account managers and BD teams to align outputs with client expectations.
  • Research and integrate new editing tools, plugins, and techniques to enhance production quality.
  • Supervise and train junior editors, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Ideal Profile:


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in video editing and post-production management (agency or production house background preferred).
  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and related tools.
  • Knowledge of sound design, color grading, AI tools, VFX, and motion graphics.
  • Proven ability to manage post-production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative sense.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Open to working from the office 5 days a week.
