Lead, mentor, and manage the post-production team, including video editors, sound designers, and graphic artists.
Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any challenges.
Project Management:
Oversee the post-production workflow from raw footage to final product, ensuring consistency and quality.
Coordinate with project managers, Academic directors, content creators, and other departments to align on project goals and timelines.
Maintain an organized system for managing and archiving all media assets.
Quality Control:
Ensure all video and multimedia content meets the institute's standards for quality and branding.
Review and approve final edits, providing constructive feedback to the team.
Implement best practices for video editing, colour correction, sound design, and visual effects.
