Job Description
As part of the Americas NXP post sales team you will be responsible to develop and maintain field failure verification tools, at first instance for 8-bit and 16-bit legacy microcontrollers and MagniV product family. In addition you will help on Post-Sales Applications verification activities to resolve technical issues with the primary objectives to develop test containment and reduced problem resolution cycle time.
**Scope or Responsibilities / Expectations**:
- Maintain and support existing field verification tools for 16bit microcontrollers and MagniV devices, this includes hardware, software and firmware.
- Resolve technical quality correlation issues that occur on a customer’s Production Line, Assembly Plant, Dealership or Warranty return areas.
- Feedback to Product Engineering - Containment Solutions
