The Power Product group at Renesas is a core part of the company’s vision to deliver safe, smart, and sustainable solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT markets. Renesas aims to triple its power business by 2030, leveraging a broad portfolio of power management ICs, discrete devices, and wide-bandgap technologies (GaN, SiC) to address megatrends such as electrification, energy efficiency, and AI-driven systems

Our group Automotive System Power within the Power group focuses on Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs) and High-Side Switches (HSS), which are critical for next-generation automotive ECUs, centralized architectures, and EV/Hybrid platforms. These products enable safe power distribution, diagnostics, and protection, reducing complexity and improving reliability in modern vehicles

    Qualifications

    【MUST】

  • Post silicon Validation experience
  • Equipment handling (Knows how to operate all equipments like PowerSupply, Oscilloscope etc.)
  • Silicon Validation planning, Validating, Data analysis, report making
  • Ability to communicate in English (conversation level)

  • Python scripting experience
  • Power electronics knowledge
