Postdoc Bioinformatics/Research Software Engineer (f/m/x)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to develop new algorithms for multi-omics data integration. Working at the intersection of data science and neuroepigenetics, our research aims to unravel the complex mechanisms underlying brain cell function and neurodegenerative diseases. The group is committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment and works with large-scale imaging and sequencing datasets.

We offer a 2-year postdoctoral position with system administration responsibilities, with the possibility of extension. The scientific component of the position focuses on the bioinformatics analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and single-cell multi-omics data in the context of neuroepigenetics.
