We have secured funding from the Norwegian Cancer Society for a 100% postdoc position for two years. We are open for 50% appointment for four years. The project is in collaboration with the Department for Cancer Genetics, Institute for Cancer Research, which are in the forefront on molecular and genomics studies in cancer.
Treatment options for patients with recurrent gynecological cancer are limited. Immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors is a treatment modality for several types of cancer because it helps the immune system fight cancer cells. This method has recently been introduced for selected patient groups with gynecological cancer.
