The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty from education, nursing, social work, and related disciplines to advance the design, delivery, and evaluation of undergraduate Simulation-Enhanced Interprofessional Education (Sim-IPE). Drawing on the growing body of literature on simulation-based learning, this postdoctoral role will focus on the development of innovative, evidence-informed Sim-IPE curricula that foster interprofessional collaboration, role clarity, communication, and team-based competencies.
