Your Tasks:
  • Discovery of novel muscular dystrophy-associated genes molecular mechanisms by latest state-of-the-art OMICs techniques, in particular long-read RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics

  • Characterization of mouse models to investigate the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms leading to muscular dystrophy

  • Development of novel antisense oligonucleotides for exon skipping therapy of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in-vitro and mdx mice models

  • Development of protein quantification techniques including mass spectrometry
