The Digital Lifecycle Growth Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and executing customer lifecycle programs across digital channels—from acquisition to renewal and ongoing engagement. Acting as the program strategist and operational lead, this role converts lifecycle and revenue objectives into actionable digital initiatives, collaborating closely with performance marketing, analytics, and platform teams to deliver measurable impact.

This role ensures that digital campaigns are insight-driven, user-centric, and performance-optimized — ultimately accelerating customer acquisition, reducing churn, and increasing digital channel contribution to growth.
