About the Role
You will be responsible for egg collection, bird husbandry, shed cleanliness, and general operational support. This is a practical, physically active role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting floor eggs prior to running egg belts, with a second collection later in the day
• Monitoring and recording daily egg production
• Checking birds to ensure access to feed and water at all times
