Job Summary: The Powder Coat Manager is responsible for the most effective and efficient use of the powder coat line and oven, while maintaining accuracy. This position reports directly to the Production Operation Manager and is responsible for employees' workflow in Powder Coat. The Powder Coat Manager will work closely with the Paint Manager to achieve production goals and objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees the daily workflow of the powder coat line; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper operation.
