Power Apps support specialist
Basic Qualifications
At least 3-8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform technologies with strong customer-facing communication skills.
3-5 years of Technical Escalation Support experience (in a Tier 2/3 environment) including experience in a customer-facing or customer technical support role is highly preferred.
Customer Engagement experience with Power Platform.
Familiarity with development: tools, language, process, methods, troubleshooting.
Memory dump tooling and analysis.
Service engineering and/or DevOps experience at internet scale involving user data and/or software development for an enterprise level product.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) – strong verbal and written communication.

Deep understanding of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), CDS, Canvas Apps,...
