Responsibilities

  • Administration of Office 365 users and Licenses
  • Administration of Exchange Online
  • Administration of Sharepoint Online
  • Creation of Sharepoint Sites
  • Creation of Flows using PowerAutomate
  • Creation of graphic arts for guides and advisories
  • Administration of Adobe Licenses
  • Providing an assistance to resolve the encountered issues of the Office 365 users

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge and experience in Office 365 and Licenses;
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe Licenses;
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office tools such as PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Sharepoint, etc.
  • Willing to be deployed in Ortigas (fully onsite)
