We are currently seeking a Power BI - Cognos Admin to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).
**Power BI and Cognos Admin**
**JOB DUTIES**
- Resolve production issues in a timely manner including on-call support as needed and maintain audit/security.
- Provide regular and timely status reports /Communicate status of production issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with backup team members and IT monitoring departments to provide occasional after-hours system support.
- Maintain and monitor all BI environments including development, test, production, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of debugging if job/event fails, failure of PCM/SCM dispatcher and patching.
- Experience working with Deployment and versioning tool like Motio CI
- Knowledge of Motio PI and ServiceNow. Knowledge of Power BI Administration activities including Deployment Pipeline, Data Connection creation and update, User and Group access provisioning, p...
